General:
1. The home will be enrolled in the seven year Ontario New
HomeWarranty Plan by the vendor and paid for by the purchaser as an
adjustment on closing.
2. The purchaser will have the choice of colours from the vendor’s
samples:
(a) All floor coverings
(b) Kitchen and vanity cupboards including laminate countertops in
bathrooms and ensuite
(c) Ceramics for bathrooms around whirlpool tubs (where applicable)
and ceramic tile backsplash in kitchen
(d) Paint for decorating interior walls - two colours throughout,
except as noted above. All trim and doors to be white semi-gloss
paint
3. The vendor reserves the right to substitute materials with that
of equal or better quality.
4.Ceilings and walls may be modified to accommodate mechanical
systems.
5.Where the purchaser is given a choice of exterior colour packages,
the purchaser agrees to confirm such choices to the vendor within
fourteen (14) days of acceptance of the offer.
