Mark and I want you to know that we are thoroughly enjoying our new home. Each day we feel blessed that we chose to work with Blue Forest Homes.

Building a home was not our initial intent. We had created a wish list of what was important in our next home and spent months with a realtor looking for a resale home. However we never found quite what we were looking for. At that point we began looking for a new property. We happened upon Mannheim Village Estates and found a floor plan via the Internet that we thought had potential. Soon we began meeting with the builders who were working in the sub-division and after a couple of preliminary meetings it was very clear to us that we should chose Blue Forest Homes to build our dream home. The rapport that was developed on our very first visit was enough for us to know that this would be an excellent working relationship. We felt comfortable and at ease right from the start.

Tim and Denise had the combined knowledge, experience, and guidance that was instrumental in getting us the home we desired. We were skilfully guided through the entire process. From drawing up the blueprints from our simple plan through to making selections for flooring, kitchen cabinetry, and all of the important things that make a house a home. Denise and I spent many hours together making sure that everything was perfect and to our standards. Although their standards of quality are very high, they always made sure that we were completely satisfied. During the process a few minor modifications were made and we were pleased that they could easily accommodate our wishes. Building a home can be an awesome and pleasurable experience when you are working with the right builder.

Since moving in, we have had many opportunities to entertain, and our guests are just as impressed as we are with the look, feel and quality of the home that was built just for us.

I can honestly say that this house truly has become our home. It felt like home the minute we walked through the door, mostly because it was exactly the way we had imagined it. Thank you so much for making our dream become a reality.
